Anthony (AJ) Jackson loves his line of work. Having worked for Infiniti, Chevrolet, Ford, Volkswagen, DriveTime, and Just Right Auto Sales, AJ knows the ins and outs of the automotive industry. AJ has an extensive network of dealers and fleet managers for virtually all makes and models. Having conducted focus group research at dozens of dealerships across the country, AJ knows the mistakes many people make under pressure while at dealerships. And having run internet sales departments, AJ knows the shortcoming of online car buying services too. For instance, did you know that most car buying services sell your contact information to dealers? Or that the pricing they provide is based on “virtual” inventory that doesn’t actually exist on dealer lots? In addition, these programs lack personal service. These shortcomings leave you open to bait-and-switch tactics when the salesperson calls or you walk into a dealership.
